SAFE HAVEN LAWS WHERE A MOTHER CAN RELINQUISH HER BABY NO QUESTIONS ASKED

 Georgia House Bill 391
-Increased time for relinquishment from 7 days to 30 days
-Mothers are no longer required to provide identification to leave her  infant - she may leave it, but is not required
-Infant can now be left at fire station and police station in addition to  hospital
